An All-Central League outfielder, Kevitch is a top-notch pitcher too, compiling a 5-1 record, 1.16 ERA, three straight complete games, 19 strikeouts and only allowing three walks (as of May 31). He threw a complete-game five-hitter in the Rams’ 3-1 win against Downingtown West in the district playoffs (Harriton’s first-ever district win in Class AAAA), then in the following district playoff game went 2-for-4 with two RBI’s, two runs and two stolen bases. Off the field, he finished third in this year’s Mr. Harriton competition.

On to the Semis

Everyone needs reminders from time to time, and the Radnor girls’ lacrosse team is no different.

After falling to Harriton in the District 1 tournament, the Raiders reminded themselves what they’re capable of, and pulled off a thrilling 8-7 overtime victory Saturday in a PIAA quarterfinals rematch at West Chester East…

Emily Games came up big for the Raiders (21-2), who will meet Central League rival Conestoga in the semifinals Tuesday. Games netted four goals, including one that cut the Harriton (20-4) lead to 7-6 with 2:22 to go.
